How can you calm down your mind with overthinking stuff like approaching somebody? The first thing is noticing it, right? That's the first step. Just because I'm thinking something doesn't make it real, don't make it true. We're often, right, anxious thoughts are there to sort of protect ourselves from some perceived danger. But again, that's all it is. It's a perceived danger, right? It's not necessarily real, right?
Social anxiety disorder, nervousness, fear of social situations. However you call it, you can defeat it, be rid of it forever and live a life of more spontaneity, excitement and fun. This is an interview with my psychologist bro so get comfy and grab something to take notes with.
