The Benefits of Exercise Mimetics

I've been getting more increasingly excited about some of these exercise mimetics where like I told you, but this morning I was doing red light therapy inside a sauna while breathing pure oxygen. Then going and doing 45 minutes of zone two cardio. And I find that if my nervous system feels over activated or if I'm recovering from a previous workout, like I like having something like that that's gentle, but also delivers a lot of the benefits of exercise.
