I think some people, when you've been in house for so long, it can be scary to think about going freelance. I feel like people under appreciate a good freelancer. They also have expertise, a lot of different kinds of freelancers or consultants. So that's an expertise and a level of knowledge that you're not necessarily going to get if you do a buyer persona project once every three years. And sometimes your process is what will kill you.
