We use a chart of emotions in the emotion code process. The chart consists of 60 emotions divided up into two columns and six rows. And you'll be able to go through and ask which emotion it is, and the subconscious mind will take you to the emotion. You might find that you're in cell A1 and it might be either abandonment or betrayal or forlorn or lost or love and received.
