The Importance of Sleeping in the Morning

I'm very concerned about what's going on with women, especially as we head into perimenopause and imetipause. One of my big recommendations is three hours before heading to bed, the last bite of food. And if you can roll that back, you know, six, our cut-off ear in our house is six p.m. So we, everyone, everybody's done. And then we go for a walk as a family afterwards,. Then we get done as bedtime routine after we get back from our walk. It's just such a wonderful again, we're trying to really cultivate these habits and this legacy for our son.
