Oculus VR co-founder says he has an overactive sense of responsibility about other people's money. "I want it to work out. I want it to change the world" Oculus is working on developing a virtual reality headset that could be used for medical imaging, among other things. The company recently raised $100 million in funding from investors including Facebook and Google.

John Carmack is a legendary programmer, co-founder of id Software, and lead programmer of many revolutionary video games including Wolfenstein 3D, Doom, Quake, and the Commander Keen series.
