"It's really not that difficult once you get the concepts of strength versus strength endurance versus pure endurance versus power like kind of the basic foundations of training down exemplified through the peach workouts," says Chris Sharma. "I love training because I want to train my whole life and I don't have to be training every waking second of my day of his life like I go through phases with it but I always am curious and in how I can change something up or do something for the next like eight to twelve weeks and then make a little tweak."
