The Morale of a Manager Who Ignores Results

Josh: It sounds to me like in this particular situation, what you've got is a manager or somebody at the high level who is ignoring the results and they are hiding behind the status and the ego of their position. Every big company I've ever had has seemed to have what happened with the only way to solve it is to have pockets of good. And if that makes any sense where you have pocket team and that there's a gasket or a manager that sits between them and does not let this crap.
