The Role of White Cells in Otitis Media
The true diagnosis is looking at not just the bulging and not just the pneumatic otoscopy, but the white cells, the pus behind the ear. So we can work on having kind of a high pretest probability based on this history of ear tugging that hasn't happened before. But it's the white cells that were the pus that were seen behind the ear that really cinches this is Ochudotitis media.
