Product Thinking - How to Instil Product Thinking Into an Orb

When you have a mature platform, particularly platform that's out there and its being used, the product thinking starts to fall away. How do you instil product thinking into an orb that has sort of fallen into the project mode? I think it's a tough thing, but it is rea really reorient i think step one is to look at what you're doing to day. The last thing i would say is, design is your friend here. Because if you have a designer set some of their time, to making concept designs, with your product could be real help.
