How to Make Changes
Don't try to avoid doing what you're doing habitually. Get to know what you do. Understand why you do it. Your physical posture, your postural frame of reference is reflecting the quality of your feelings and perceptions. And so that's where you want to find yourself. So I suggest that they're not trying to make any changes at all for weeks and weeks and weeks.
