Birth Control Pills - Isn't It Beauty?

i was put on the pill aged 17 because i had un diagnosed polysystic over recentin from the age of 11. I blindly took it for 20 years, until there was cancer in the family and i thought, all artificial hormones, maybe i should o stop. A severe, even moderate, cistic acne is a huge cause of depression, anxiety, social isolation. It's now sort of almost taboo to admit that you do the regular stuff. And we've kind of swung the pendulum where i think women are more embarrassed to say they eat red meat or have some junk food every now and then.
