The Ethics of Enforced Marriages

20 million of these people are forced laborers. This is anybody who is working under conditions where they cannot leave, basically. They do not have to be moved across borders. So this can be somebody in the town where they grew up not being paid or they were lied to about their recruitment conditions. If you don't know that much about this and you just heard about it on a screen grab on Instagram, don't get involved,. fix things in America where like you actually know how things work. Right. Once we take out the 15 million that are enforced marriages, we're left with 25 million. Okay. But it's not as exciting as a number like 40 million. Right.
