Quiet Quitting

People who score higher on ambition are less likely to be quiet quitters. If you don't trust your employees to be productive and work hard from a distance, then probably these aren't the right employees for your organization anyway. Or maybe you should think about how you're motivating your employees. I just tell you, i can't imagine going on to social media and being like, you, i'm quiete quitting here to day. It just seems like your asking to get fired.
