The Importance of Trust in Coaching

Aaron: I have trust issues because there have been a few times in my life when I've been really really hurt. And so now I don't know how to rely on someone to be there for me when I'm hurting. So maybe the reason that coaching is hard is because that's a place where you know you're going to hurt and it's really hard for you to trust someone to bethere for you.
