Most of the conversations that were happening in the world, took a look at this demographic shift and said, this is all gloom and doom. And i never saw it that way. I saw this as a period of great realignment in society,. where, yes, people will be older, but the opportunities that abound for us to create a more just and equitable society are right in front of us right now.
