How to Deal With Emotional Eating

When emotional eating comes from positive feelings, that's not always productive either. For instance, every time you start to have feelings of positivity, subconsciously reach for ice cream. Dealing with emotions can be handled in a very similar way by writing down what you're going to do and then stick to it when you get out there.
