Some patients who did have cardiortic sources of stroke detected had findings that might actually preclude the use of systemic thrombolitics. The cardiac c t in this study, because it wasn't actual imean,. Wasn't routine practice, so the cardiac imaging was not evaluated by the cardi radiologist in the hypercute pace. It was unusually within 24 hours. But there's a couple of scenarios that you can think of where having that imaging could change your management regarding re profuson thery.
