Is the Second Amendment Really the Most Fundamentally Important Law?

The right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. In texas, you don't even need a license. It's written pretty fairly clearly throughout the entire story o the united states of america,. this was well understood. And only in the last, like, three decades have we genuinely re interpreted the second amendment  and made it basically the the most fundamentally important law its marketing.
