There's a level of cognitive ability that you get to where you realize there is no single right answer for anything. At some point in the future, there will be unintended consequences for whatever you choose now. Leaders with lower levels of cognitive ability are constrained by the information they receive. The high cognitive ability leaders show greater certainty in judging inconsistent information and are more focused on long-term strategies than low cognitive ability leaders are.
