How to Build a Sales Pitch

In my book, I describe how a better way to do this might be to just take the positioning and translate it into a sales pitch. When we're doing a live pitch, there's a lot of good things we can see there. The other thing is that we might not know whether the sales pitch is the best possible sales pitch we could ever have but we can tell whether or not it's better than the old one. So this is what I recommend to teams all the time.
