Lipoproteins - What Are They and Where Are They Coming From?

The fats and the cholesterol that we eat can be packaged up into chylomicron lipoproteins. That occurs in the enterocytes and will be affected by these receptors. And then they enter the lymphatic system, they come into circulation. They're providing a great source of energy for, particularly for our muscle cells. The other sort of primary place of synthesis of these lipoprotein is occurring in the liver. So there, some of that might explain why people sort of respond differently to say dietary cholesterol, for example.
