Family of a Reading Head teacher, say she took her own life while waiting for the publication of an off-stared report. Ruth Perry's school was inspected for the first time in 13 years. While waiting for the report, which downgraded her school from the highest rating to inadequate, Ruth Perry took her ownlife. An inquest into Ruth Perry's death is yet to take place. Her sister Julia Waters has said her death was the direct result of pressure put on her by the inspection. That has driven Ruth Perry's colleagues to call for change.
