What Is Your Favorite Time to Workout?

There is no right or wrong time to do it. It's what works for you. I feel the best in terms of productivity about like my day when I work out in the morning, because it sets your day up for success. So long as I can limit that guilt that we talked about earlier, oh, I should be working. Well, what if you instead of trying to limit the guilt with you, notice it in a more mindful way? Yes. And knowing that like the idea of neuroplasticity and rewiring our brain means, okay, we're still going to have these thoughts, but we can change how we react to those thoughts.
