Jung's Influence on Synchronicity

Jung was influenced by many different sources of antiquity especially when it came to esoteric disciplines like alchemy, nosticism, the itching and religion. It was more of his desire I think to interpret these traditions through a psychological lens but Jung was very Kantian. The platonic influence can definitely be seen when Jung classes archetype as being of psychoid nature which is basically saying that they are transcendent. Schopenhauer saw more importance in religions like Buddhism than other philosophers because he had massive respect for Vedic philosophy.
