I'm really enjoying using PyDantic to validate incoming requests, like just as a data class set up. I don't have a good answer for this because I've been just dealing with Flask itself for so long and getting those ready that I haven't really been exploring new stuff for myself. There's a secrets capability built right into PyDantic that works with like dot eenv files and all sorts of stuff that's got this whole mechanism. We're working on an open source library called auto-invent which takes a data model, like such as your SQL Open models and produces an entire GraphQL API from the front end.
