Rigt: Employers responsible to drive engagement. I believe thet work forces not engaged enough. How do you engage them? Is it about creating more exciting opportunities for them? In consulting firms, ret and in mante national firms, i would say commitment to the firm is a global mobility. And why do people find t exciting? It's a sense of adventure. The other interesting notion which i think i saw companies like gugal pioneer, which i thought was very interesting, is this entire notion of a giving some time,. or even giving some waitage in the assessment system for personal projects.
