What Is the First Amendment?

The Constitution was approved by the House of Representatives on August 24, 1789. The original Second Amendment said: A well-regulated militia composed of the body of the people being the best security of a free state. But no one religiously scriptulous of bearing arms shall be compelled to render military service in person. And they were like, okay, hold on a minute. We have conscription. We should probably get rid of that. They condensed some. I think the Third and the Fourth Articles are both the First, the third and the Fourth are both the first Amendment. It got combined into one.
