i saw this nutritionist at harvard who has been called the no diet's dietician, michel gallant. And i thought i would ask her, why is it a problem if we label foods as good and bad? When we call them good or bad foods, the bad foods can being more appealing cause they're forbidden. I hear it from my patients all the time that their family didn't allow sugar or sweets in the house, but boy, when they went to a friend's house, it was a free for all. So allowing it in moderation, they can learn to have it in a balanced way. Eha. It makes you think back to genesis and to the beginning
