Freelancer Relationships and Staffing Challenges

i panelled a c i o council discussion yesterday on labor shortages and staffing challenges, if that sounds familiar. And what was interesting, cause it was all about full time talent, a free lancing really didn't enter the conversation. Because yet, i mean, the freelancer relationships that i know of have had the same clients off and on for decades at this point in their careers. But you're going to have to get much more creative on staffing. You canno longer be reactive. You have to be proactive. It has to be a five year strategy with talent pipe lines and intern ships and coops as well.
