Powell has engineered this in a way that doesn't stop the market from falling, but keeps the market from having a systemic risk taper tantrum type issue. He's cognizant he doesn't want to have a major hickobhy. Wants to give the market time to adjust. And i think guy was talking about, you ha, this market can take a quarter. It can take a half.
