Mills was one of the few people writing who really did grasp what had been going on, and how democratic power had been crushed in the united states. He dies under president kennedy, a dies very young, dies of a heart problem,. i think emerged the first time he fell ill, was at a debate with some cubans over the cuban revolution; just got really sick. And then he was alive for a couple more years, if i remember correctly, and and died. So i'v always kind of wondered if he was poisoned, but that's a whole other separate issue.
