In the very early days, when we thought that the stuff was transmitted survices, all the attention was focused on hand washing. The problem was, you couldn't even find hand santatizer anywhere. And as pp just completely disappeared from store shelves, these people, especially those living in cramped housing conditions, would not have access to the tools they needed to protect themselves. So this began as a very sort of low key, quiet, under the coverm effort. We had this elaborate distribution intra structure which started sort of self assembling.
