The Body's Mission Is to Fear God
The body asks the soul, how could you have made such a grievous blunder? How could you have ignored your mission? They're trembling with fear. And they realize we were privy to the soul's life. We didn't necessarily know it was a sin because we're a body. But now that the soul is revealing to us, it's history, its backstory, its mission, its consequences. In essence, there's no choice. It's too late. You have to allow me to die.
