Is the Universe Tionally Symmetric?

If we take the direction our rocket is going and we rotate things around, we'll always get the same kind of physics for what's happening. The claim that's being made is that physics is such that you can independently, locally pick those coordinate systems. And in the language of fancy thematics, one talks about this symmetry group being associated with a fibre bundle. At every point in space, there's like a fibre, like a a m, like a tuft in a carpet or something.
