New York Is Losing, and the Main Reason They're Losing Is the Word Bear.
There's two words in the second amendment, there's keep and bear. And as it right now, if you have to go to the government to get permission granted by government ficial to exercise a right, it is not a right. So that means that the word bear, if there is no right to obtain a gun permit, then the word bear is essentially written out of the constitution. But here's the thing, one thing that's absolutely established, and so far in the one case, heller, is that reasonable restrictions can be put on this right.
