The Changes in the Number of Features at a Time

The only thing that has changed is the feature web. The number of features we work on at the same time at any given time are the same. All other assumptions are equal. Just by changing feature web, you can see that when we work on 10 things at a time, for example, that number 10 there has jumped into the yellow. It's at 83, 84% at this point. It used to be only 62.
