acceptance and commitment therapy is a very big thing in sport. It's all about developing psychological flexibility, known as the superpower of well-being. And it comes down to that ability to be with whatever is in your internal experience without resistance at any given moment. So I think being able to relish and welcome and make space for those uncomfortable feelings is so powerful. You know, hearing you say that will really resonate with our audience.
