If you are an undergrad, definitely your statistics courses are going to be beneficial for you in people analytics. And I would say more importantly, outside of just that data science, statistics, research realm is really understanding psychological theory. So how do we affect culture in the workplace? There is psychological theory around what you should be doing to affect culture in a workplace. Having that skill set and being part of a program that is really pushing you to affect business outcomes will make you marketable.
