The Constitution of a New State

It's interesting that Walker just stole all the laws and legal code of Louisiana because you might expect that he would have written something in the founding document. I suspect his goal was to just try to conquer this chunk of Mexico and then give it to like have it be annexed by the United States and get rich as shit. He does not believe in anything other than getting rich and famous.
