Part of a black radical movement, or the black revolution, as I've been argues for is a mass tax resistance movement to boycott taxes. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. himself recognized the potential of a national black boycott from America's major corporations. He established such an initiative called Operation Bread Basket which aimed among other things to force corporations to pour money into national black community development projects for poor communities.
