Watch for that place of transition y you're wanting, wanting. Were caught up in it, n then maybe we're mindful of it, then at a certain point it goes away. For me, it has always felt like a relief. It feels like its being let out of the grip of something. Even if i felt some kind of pleasure in the wanting, it always feels more easeful when the mind is free of wanting.
