The fourth turning isn't necessarily dystopia it's just a point where society has like sort of bifurcated into these like two groups who are sort of vying for these opposing visions to sort of like reset the world that they live in. The battle is between collectivism and authoritarianism and a more sort of decentralized and individuated sort of world which we see playing out in finance and crypto.
