Deep Sea Fishes

When these are born it has an eye on either side like most fishes. But as they age one eye moves over to the other side. It migrates around the top of the skull yeah. So when it's lying on the ocean floor it has both eyes pointing upwards. And there are actually some fossil ancestors of this of these disc group of fishes where the eye is only partially migrated too.
