Do You Have a Table Team Approach to Your Trainings?

We use this sort of conceptof of table teams. So you'd have what we call a cabaret arrangement in the training room, or six tables of four. And em one team is presenting the real opportunity, let's say, as this case was. The other team is then playing the client and providing feedback. It could be when were doin clinet relationship skills. But they're always relating it to a real situation, which i think really does imbed the learning much better than a fake case study.
