How to Slow Down and Save Your Life
Scott Zamost: Your default brain can handle very simple tasks. He says when you flip that focus switch on and you start paying attention to something, stay there. If it's only for a couple hours and you flip out of it and go to something else, that's fine. Stay in the game while you move the project forward until you get to a natural breaking point. Get bored. Really, truly slow down. It'll save your life in so many ways.
