Listen between the lines. Watch body language. Ask open-ended questions and see if your organization is helping meet those needs and wants in your people. You might find out about some problems that you don't even know exist, some things that are very easy to solve. What do you love most about what you do? It's an open-ended question and you're getting into their values where they're most satisfied.
