Is the Sacrament of Baptism the Body and Blood of the Lord?

Baptism is about entrance into the faith, whereas the lord's supper is about continuance in the fai and that miraculous food. In unbelief, they are rejecting the benefits of that. So baptismal grace is grace, and therefore it is resistible. We do not believe in irresistible grace. The grace is still objectively there and true, but in unbelief, you are rejecting the benefit of it. It doesn't make the event in the sacra less objective or true, but you've rejected the benefit that was given for you in it.
