Introduction
Bergenair Flight 301, a Boeing 757 with 189 people on board, is taking off from Porto Plata Dominican Republic. While accelerating down the runway during takeoff, the pilots notice that their instruments are showing them different air speeds. Shortly after takeoff, the instruments light up with various warnings telling the pilots that the plane is flying too fast and is in danger of being over speed.
