The 10 most popular drugs in the US work for only about 10% of treated people. A critical thing that will come from the million person project within the first few years is I think we'll have blood biomarkers that can tell us unequivocally for many of the drugs, which people are going to be able to respond and which not. But this is a big problem for drug companies to start thinking more systemically.
